Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times

- 🇺🇸 United States: 7–15 business days
- 🌍 International: 14–21 business days
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Delays Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods. FurNova is not responsible for delays outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at admin.mab@furnovastore.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
